Here at Younger Yoga I provide a safe and nurturing space for children to challenge themselves, build their flexibility & strength, confidence, compassion, resilience and self-acceptance. We will have so much fun and also enjoy making lots of mistakes in the process.

The children will learn new yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation. I will also provide plenty of ideas how children can use our learning in every day life. Each class will build on the previous one. Kids love playing, so I also include yoga games. I often create my classes based on positive themes such as gratitude, kindness or compassion.

Yoga experience is not required. I provide yoga mats and other props, but if your child has their own mat then they are welcome to bring it along. Children can wear comfortable clothes in which it is easy to move around and stretch.

Please drop your child off at the door and pick them up once class has finished. Please arrive 5 minutes early, so your child has a chance to settle in and we can start our class on time.
